You may be thinking that exotic dancing looks less difficult than the other categories, but it definitely isn’t the case! This style is no exception and involves a lot of endurance, flexibility and strength. Advanced moves like deadlifts, smooth transitions and body waves take a lot of body control and exotic lessons are a great full-body workout (and a confidence booster) for everybody who wants to try!

Exotic is about wowing the audience with complex base work / low flow, deceptive strength work, and crazy transitions. And the aim is to execute these strength moves as effortlessly and sexy as possible, whilst finding new and interesting way around the pole.

Beginner classes start on 25th of November; 19:00-20:00
